【摘要】 中国是农业大国,新疆兵团作为全国农业现代化的排头兵,机械化程度高,技术先进,对全疆乃至全国农业的现代化发展都起到了模范带头作用。但兵团农业从业人员的文化知识和技能水平却与农业现代化发展速度有一定的距离,这在很大程度上制约了兵团经济及农业现代化的进一步发展。因此,大力发展兵团成人教育显得尤为重要。文章试图通过对兵团现代农业从业者素质现状的分析,阐释发展新疆兵团成人教育的必要性,并提出相应的解决策略,旨在促进新疆兵团现代农业的进一步发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 In China,agriculture occupies an important position in economy. With a high degree of mechanization and advanced technology,Xinjiang production and construction corps became the pioneer of national agricultural modernization. And it has played an exemplary role in development of agriculture. However,the cultural knowledge and skills of practitioners is relatively low,which largely restricted the further development of agricultural modernization. Therefore,developing the adult education in Xinjiang production and construction corps is particularly important. Through analyzing its current situation,this article attempts to explain the necessity of developing Xinjiang production and construction corps adult education,and to put forward the corresponding solution strategy,aims to promote further development of modern agriculture of Xinjiang production and construction corps.更多还原
