【Abstract】 Traditional People-oriented thoughts hold that the people is opposite to governors. Positively, yet at the same time negatively, it impacts the current construction of Chinese administrative culture. As a long-lasting and valuable administrative theory in the traditional administrative culture, the people-oriented thought can be used for reference in current construction of administrative culture. The people-oriented thought is expounded in this paper.Based on a brief explanation, the logical development of people-oriented thought is mainly discussed, which not only helps to sort out its theoretical development, but also assists the further construction of the current administrative culture.更多还原
