【Abstract】 To improve college students’ common ideal education effectiveness is significant and necessary. Colleges and universities should focus on the exploration from four aspects according to the problems existing in current education. First,investigation and research on psychological state of mind of students should be strengthened and a breakthrough in education and foothold should be found. Secondly,the scientific distinction and orientation of college students’ ideological problems,psychological problems should be defined and the pertinence and veracity of education countermeasure should be improved. Thirdly,a variety of psychological knowledge and techniques for implementing effective teaching,strengthening students’ theoretical knowledge and practical experience should be used.
