氧化保护ZrB2-SiC改性的碳粘结碳纤维复合材料
Oxidation Protection of ZrB2-SiC Modified Carbon-Bonded Carbon Fiber Composites
【摘要】 为了提高低密度多孔碳粘结碳纤维复合材料的抗氧化性能,采用快速微氧烧结的方法在ZrB2-SiC改性的碳粘结碳纤维复合材料表面制备了抗氧化涂层。内层由硼硅酸-硼化锆-硅粉组成,外层由硼硅酸-硼化锆-二硅化钼组成。通过高频等离子风洞实验测试了样品的抗氧化性能,并通过XRD和SEM分析了材料的晶相和微结构。实验结果表明,实验过程中所生成的高粘度的玻璃相和涂层中各组分匹配的热膨胀系数使得涂层具有优异的抗氧化性能。
【Abstract】 In order to improve the oxidation behavior of carbon/carbon composites, a multi-composition coating consisting of two layers, ZrB2-Si-borosilicate/ZrB2-MoSi2-borosilicate, was prepared on the surface of ZrB2-SiC modified carbon-bonded carbon fiber composites by a rapid sintering method in trace oxygen environment. The inner layer was made of ZrB2-Si-borosilicate, and the outer layer was ZrB2-MoSi2-borosilicate. The anti-oxidation performance of the multi-layer coating were investigated in high temperature wind tunnel. The crystalline structure of the multi-composition coating was measured by X-ray diffraction. The morphology of the samples was analyzed by scanning electron microscopy. These results indicate that the anti-oxidation performance of double-layer coating is importantly attributed to the high viscosity of glass phase and matched thermal expansion coefficient.
