多孔球形La0.6Sr0.4Co0.2Fe0.8O3-δ的制备及电性能表征
Synthesis and Electrical Properties of Porous Spherical La0.6Sr0.4Co0.2Fe0.8O3-δ
【摘要】 采用水热沉淀法制备了多孔球形La0.6Sr0.4Co0.2Fe0.8O3-δ(LSCF)阴极粉体,通过XRD、SEM等分析手段对该粉体的物相、微观形貌、晶粒大小进行了研究和讨论,通过电化学工作站测试了La0.6Sr0.4Co0.2Fe0.8O3-δ-GDC(Ce0.9Gd0.1O2-δ)复合阴极的电化学性能。结果表明:DMF(氮氮二甲基甲酰胺)溶剂在形成多孔球形结构中起到关键性作用,且该多孔球形粉体制备的复合阴极在750℃下的极化阻抗和单电池的功率密度分别为0.16?·cm2、0.70 W·cm-2,表现出较颗粒状LSCF阴极更高的电化学性能。简单的讨论了多孔球形结构的形成机理。
【Abstract】 A porous spherical powder of La0.6Sr0.4Co0.2Fe0.8O3-δ(LSCF) cathode was prepared by a hydrothermal precipitation method. The crystalline phase, structure and particle size were characterized by X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscopy. The composite cathode of LSCF-GDC(Ce0.9Gd0.1O2-δ) was characterized by electrochemical workstation. The results show that DMF is critical for the formation of the porous spherical structure. The impedance and power density of the composite cathode are 0.16 ?·cm2 and 0.70 W·cm-2 at 750 ℃, respectively. The growth mechanism of porous spherical powder was also briefly discussed.
