莫来石晶须前驱体含量对原位生长莫来石/刚玉轻质耐火材料性能的影响
Effects of Mullite Whisker Precursor Content on Properties of Mullite-Corundum Light Weight Refractory Materials
【摘要】 将铝矾土和高岭土天然矿物原料作为主体原料引入到莫来石晶须前驱体和烧结坯料配方中,采用莫来石晶须前驱体原位制备莫来石-刚玉轻质耐火材料。利用XRD,SEM以及相应的EDS等手段对莫来石-刚玉质耐火材料进行表征分析,研究莫来石晶须前驱体与莫来石烧结体的质量比对莫来石/刚玉质耐火材料性能和微观结构的影响。结果表明:当莫来石晶须前驱体与烧结体质量比为50:50时,样品的抗折强度达到最大值55.9MPa,并且其第一热应力断裂抵抗因子达到最大值54.4。
【Abstract】 The mullite precursor quantitative in-situ preparation of lightweight refractory materials was prepared by introducing bauxite as main materials into mullite precursor and sintering body. The microstructure and properties of the mullite-corundum refractory materials were characterized by XRD, SEM and corresponding EDS spectrum. Effects of various mass ratios of sintering body and mullite whisker precursor on the properties of the samples were studied. The results show that the optimum bending strength of 55.9 MPa and the first thermal stress fracture resistance factor of 54.4 are achieved in the presence of mullite whisker precursor and sintering body with the mass ratio of 50:50.
