一种新型低密度低热导率碳/酚醛复合材料的制备与隔热性能研究

【摘要】 针对传统碳/酚醛复合材料的高密度、高热导率问题,采用高孔隙率酚醛树脂浸渍低密度、低热导率短切碳纤维骨架制备了新型碳/酚醛复合材料。该复合材料的密度在0.25~0.43 g/cm3之间,热导率为0.20~0.35 W/m K,氧-乙炔焰120 s考核后,当表面温度达到1900℃,距离材料原始表面40 mm处的温升不超过200 oC,由此,该碳/酚醛复合材料具有优良的轻质、隔热性能。

【Abstract】 To decrease the high density and thermal conductivity of traditional carbon/phenolic composite, a novel carbon/phenolic was prepared by high porosity phenolic impregnated short carbon fiber skeleton with light mass, and low thermal conductivity. The density of the carbon/phenolic composite is in the range of 0.25~0.43 g/cm~3, and the room temperature thermal conductivity is 0.20~0.35 W/m K. During the oxygen acetylene flame assessment, when the surface temperature is more than 1900 oC, only 200 °C is tested at 40 mm in-depth from the surface after 120 s explosion, indicating a good insulation of the low-density carbon/phenolic composite.
