利用粉煤灰和玻璃废料制备泡沫陶瓷的烧成工艺

【摘要】 以粉煤灰和废玻璃为主要原料制备了绿色环保泡沫陶瓷材料。采用发泡工艺,选取碳化硅发泡剂掺入基料中,研究了烧成温度和保温时间对泡沫陶瓷的体积密度、显气孔率和抗压强度的影响。结果表明:以质量分数40%粉煤灰、42%废玻璃、18%钠长石为基料配方,外掺0.5%Si C作为发泡剂,在烧成温度1130℃,保温15 min的工艺下,所获得的泡沫陶瓷孔径在1.5 mm以内,气孔分布均匀,体积密度为0.39 g/cm3,抗弯强度为4.60 MPa,显气孔率为18.6%。该研究结果可为废弃物高附加值的利用提供一种新途径。

【Abstract】 Green foam ceramic was prepared by fly ash and waste glass as the main raw material. Effects of firing temperature and holding time on the apparent porosity, bulk density and bending strength of foam ceramic were studied by foaming process and selecting silicon carbide foaming agent into the base material. The results show that when the composition is as follows: 40 wt% flyash, 42 wt % waste glass and 18 wt% albite with addition of 0.5wt% SiC as foaming agent, bulk density, apparent porosity and bending strength of the as-prepared foam ceramic with the uniform porous size of 1.5 mm are 0.39 g/cm~3 18.6 % and 4.60 MPa, respectively at 1130 oC for 15 min. The result provides a new way to use waste with high added value.
