新型硬质Al-Si-B合金的制备及性能
Preparation and Properties of Novel Hard Alloy Al-Si-B
【摘要】 采用B粉、Al粉、Mg粉和Si O2在高温下反应生成的含AlMgB14颗粒的混合体为前驱体,通过电子束加热重熔的方法,制备出硬质Al-Si-B合金,其平均硬度值达到33.8 GPa。利用X射线衍射仪(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、能谱(EDS)以及自制的微小平面摩擦系数测试平台等手段对该合金及其前驱体的形貌、组成结构与性能进行的分析表明,经电子束重熔得到的Al-Si-B合金为非晶态,其电阻率为6.8×10-5 Ω·cm,摩擦系数为0.06,表现出低摩擦系数、良好导电性和优异化学惰性等特点。
【Abstract】 In this paper, the hard alloy Al-Si-B has been prepared through melting the precursor, which is obtained by sintering the powders of B, Al, Mg and Si O2 by electron beam.The structure and properties of the final obtained alloy has been studied by X-ray diffraction(XRD), scanning electron microscope(SEM) and energy dispersive spectroscopy(EDS).The results reveal that the alloy is amorphous.Nano indentor test shows that the average hardness of this alloy is 33.8 GPa.The electrical resistivity measured with a four probe instrument of the alloy is 6.8×10-5 Ω·cm showing a excellent electrical conductivity.Relative friction test shows that this boride has a extremely low friction coefficient of 0.06.
