丙烯酸盐配合物溶胶对出土脆弱陶质文物的加固保护研究

【摘要】 为提高出土脆弱陶质文物的强度及抗风化能力,采用丙烯酸盐配合物溶胶(AMC)为加固材料,对考古遗址出土的脆弱陶质文物进行了加固试验。采用扫描电镜-能谱、X射线衍射仪、同步热分析、万能材料试验机对加固前后陶质文物的成分、结构及力学性能进行了表征。结果表明:采用AMC加固后的陶质试样其弯曲载荷提高了106.5%,耐盐蚀循环、抗冻融能力循环次数均提高约1倍,且具有较好的热稳定性能,是一种性能优异的脆弱陶质文物保护新材料。

【Abstract】 Acrylate complex hydrosol was prepared and used to reinforce the fragile ancient pottery tile.Based on XRD(X-ray diffraction),ESEM(Environment scanning electron microscope)and TG-DSC(Synchronous thermal analysis)the reinforcement mechanism and the structure of ancient pottery tile was analyzed before and after reinforcement treatment by complex compound hydrosol.The results show that the AMC has a good thermal stability to treat ancient pottery tile,and the bending load of ancient pottery tile increased by 106.5%,the corrosion resistance to salt and freeze resistance increased about 1times,respectively,which fully arrive at the conservation demand of pottery tile.It can be concluded that the complex hydrosol is a kind of ideal consolidation material to ancient pottery tile.
