材料扩散连接技术的发展及其应用
Development and Application of Material Diffusion Bonding Technology
【摘要】 目前,材料连接方式已有很多,如焊接、粘接、涂覆和沉积等。其中,焊接有点焊、钎焊、摩擦焊和扩散焊接等。综述了材料扩散连接技术的发展概况及其优缺点,分析了该方式可连接多种同质或异质材料,所具优势极为明显,对塑性差、熔点高的同种材料和不互溶、在熔焊时会产生脆性金属间化合物的异种材料均可实现可靠连接,且其接头的显微组织和性能与母材相近。但是由于扩散连接时需要温度和压力的配合,因此在实施过程中有一定难度,同时设备和焊接件的形状大小也会受到限制,对表面质量的要求亦非常高。最后指出了扩散连接技术未来的研究方向是连接层物相变化规律、变化区间几何尺寸的精确把握以及结果的掌控等。
【Abstract】 At present,there are a lot of materials bonding methods,such as welding technology,connection technology,coating technology,depositing technology,and so on.And the welding technology includes spot welding technology,brazing technology,friction welding technology and diffusion welding technology,etc.Diffusion welding technology which could bond all kinds of materials and possesses apparent superiority has some merits and demerits.And some same materials with poor ductility and high melting point and different infusible materials each other or there are fragile intermetallic compounds when they are welded all are connected.In addition,microstructure of its soldered connection is mainly same with its own microstructure.However,it is difficult because this process needs temperature and pressure which limits the equipment and welded materials.On the other hand,their surfaces must be absolutely clean and smooth which is also extremely difficult.In the end,it is pointed out that the future research direction of this technology is law of phase transformation,precise control of physical dimension in variation section and direction.
