负热膨胀ZrW2O8纳米球颗粒的制备及其性能研究

【摘要】 以水热法制备ZrW2O8粉体并研究其负热膨胀特性。对其前驱体进行热重-差热分析(TG-DSC),以X射线粉末衍射(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)对产物结构及形貌进行表征。结果表明所得粉体为单一α-ZrW2O8相,为纳米球颗粒,颗粒的平均直径约为30nm。变温X射线粉末衍射分析表明所得ZrW2O8粉体具有很好的负热膨胀特性,在室温到500℃时,平均热膨胀系数为-3.66×10-6℃-1。

【Abstract】 ZrW2O8powders were synthesized using hydrothermal route,and the property of negative thermal expansion was studied.The precursor of ZrW2O8 was studied by thermogravimetric and differential scanning calorimetry(TG-DSC).The structure and morphology of the resulting powders were characterized by powder X-ray diffraction(XRD)and scanning electron microscopy(SEM)respectively.The results show that the sample is single phase ofα-ZrW2O8 with nano-spherical morphology,the average diameter is 30 nm.The high temperature X-ray diffraction measurement indicates that the material has strong negative thermal expansion.From room temperature to 500℃,the average thermal expansion coefficient is-3.66×10-6℃-1.
