钛合金TA2焊缝耐海水腐蚀性能的实验研究

【摘要】 采用电化学及表面形貌分析等方法对钛合金TA2焊缝在海水中的腐蚀行为进行了实验研究,探索了消除焊接缺陷提高耐蚀性能的工艺技术,提出了能改善焊缝耐蚀性、适合钛合金TA2大型焊接件的热处理工艺。通过极化曲线测定及表面腐蚀形貌分析,验证了热处理工艺的可行性。

【Abstract】 The experimental research was accomplished for the corrosion resistance of the welded line of titanium alloy TA2 in the seawater by means of the electrochemistry measurement and the metallographic and SEM analysis.The technology which can eliminate defects in the TA2 welded line and increase its corrosion resistance was studied.A feasible annealing process was proposed which can increase the corrosion resistance of TA2 welded line and especially suit to large equipments.The feasibility of the process was verified by measuring the polarization curve and analyzing the metallographic photos and SEM micrograph of the welded line after corrosion.
