P(AA-co-VBIm-Cl)水凝胶的制备及应用研究
Synthesis and Application of P(AA-co-VBIm-Cl)Hydrogel
【摘要】 以丙烯酸(AA)和1-甲基-3-(4-乙烯基苯甲基)咪唑氯(VBIm-Cl)离子液体为原料,通过自由基聚合制备了P(AA-co-VBIm-Cl)水凝胶。采用红外光谱(FTIR)及扫描电镜(SEM)对水凝胶的组成及形貌进行了表征。将制备的P(AA-co-VBIm-Cl)水凝胶通过阴离子交换还原得到P(AA-co-VBIm-Cl)Pd(0)催化剂。采用粉末X射线衍射(XRD)和透射电镜(TEM)对催化剂中的Pd纳米粒子进行了表征,在P(AA-co-VBIm-Cl)水凝胶中形成的Pd纳米粒子粒径为2~6nm。通过催化还原对硝基苯酚,结果表明,P(AA-co-VBIm-Cl)Pd(0)催化剂具有较高的催化活性。
【Abstract】 The poly[acrylic acid(AA)-co-poly[1-methyl-3-(4-vinylbenzyl)imidazolium chloride(VBIm-Cl)]hydrogel was synthesized by free radical polymerization.The composition and morphology of the P(AA-co-VBIm-Cl)hydrogel were characterized by FTIR and SEM.Meanwhile,as-prepared P(AA-co-VBIm-Cl)hydrogel undergoed anion(PdCl62-)exchange for the metal loading P(AA-co-VBIm-Cl)Pd(0)catalyst.Formation and characterization of Pd NPs within the P(AA-co-VBIm-Cl)hydrogel was established using XRD and TEM.The results showed that the average size of the Pd NPs in situ synthesized within the hydrogel matrix were about 2-6nm.The P(AA-co-VBImCl)Pd(0)catalyst showed higher catalytic activity in the catalytic reduction of nitro phenol.
