战术导弹固体发动机喉衬材料的发展趋势

【摘要】 结合战术导弹固体发动机对喉衬材料的技术需求,分析了战术导弹喉衬材料的发展趋势,喉衬材料从多晶石墨、再结晶石墨、热解石墨、难熔金属、纤维增强树脂,向C/C(碳/碳)复合材料发展,美国在高性能战术导弹中,采用多维C/C(主要是4DC/C)代替了石墨与纤维增强树脂喉衬材料,目前我国战术导弹使用了整体毡C/C喉衬材料。进一步指出针刺、穿刺C/C材料是我国战术导弹喉衬材料发展的方向。

【Abstract】 Combining with technical requirements as throat material used in SRM of tactical missiles,the development trend of throat material is analyzed.The throat material has evolved from multi-crystal grain graphite,recrystal graphite,pyrolytic graphite,refractory metal,fiber-reinforced resin composite,to C/C composite.Multi-directional C/C(4DC/C in the majority)replaced graphite as well as fiber-reinforced resin composite in high performance tactical missiles in US.Integrated felt C/C was used in Chinese tactical missiles.Furthermore,it is pointed out that either needled C/C or punctured C/C is the development direction of throat material used in Chinese tactical missiles.
