多层方环形频率选择表面吸波材料的等效电路模型

【摘要】 根据实际的多层频率选择表面吸波结构建立传输线模型,并分别给出了单方环、双方环和栅格方环结构的等效电路模型以及等效阻抗,通过等效电路法研究了3种不同结构的电磁波传输特性,并将计算结果与HFSS仿真结果作对比,验证了该方法的有效性。此外,在单方环结构的基础上,又讨论了不同参数对其传输特性的影响,结果表明,吸收峰个数随着介质层数不同而不同,介质厚度、介质相对介电常数以及方环尺寸的增加使吸收峰向低频方向移动。

【Abstract】 Transmission line model based on the actual structure of the multilayer FSS absorbing was established.Then equivalent circuit model and equivalent impedance of single square loop,double square loop and gridded square loop were given respectively.And the transmissivity of electromagnetic waves was studied by using the equivalent circuit method,the results were validated by comparison with HFSS.In addition,on the basis of the single square loop structure,the influence of different parameters on the transmission characteristics were discussed,the results show that:the number of absorption peaks dielectric layers varied with the dielectric layer;with the increase of the dielectric thickness,relative permittivity and the size of single square loop,the absorption peaks shift to low frequency.
