三氧化钨纳米材料在二氧化氮气敏传感器中的研究进展
Review on Tungsten Trioxide Nanomaterials Used for Nitrogen Dioxide Gas-sensor
【摘要】 三氧化钨(WO3)因其氧含量与氧缺陷随着环境因素变化而变化,使得其成为一种理想的二氧化氮(NO2)气敏材料。简要介绍了WO3材料的结构、特性和NO2气敏机理,综述了近5年来高性能WO3气敏材料在NO2气体检测中的最新研究进展,分析了WO3气敏材料存在的主要问题与挑战,重点讨论高比表面积WO3材料、WO3复合材料等的解决途径。最后,展望了WO3气敏材料在NO2气敏传感器中的发展方向和应用前景,提出了开发低电阻WO3膜电极是未来高性能NO2传感器的研究重点。
【Abstract】 Tungsten trioxide(WO3)is a kind of ideal gas-sensing material towards nitrogen dioxide(NO2)gas because its oxygen contents and oxygen defects can change along with environment.The structure,performance characteristics and gas-sensing mechanism towards NO2 gas of WO3 materials are simply introduced.Research progresses on high-performance WO3gas-sensing materials towards NO2 gas detection are reviewed in recent five years.The main problems and challenges of WO3gas-sensing material are analyzed.The solution,especially WO3nano-materials with high specific surface area and WO3 composites,is emphasized.Finally,the development direction and application prospects of WO3gas-sensing material are summarized in the future.A favorable focus on developing WO3 electrode with low resistance is proposed.
