超声原位制备纳米银/P(AAEM-St)复合材料及其热学性能
In-situ Synthesis of Nanosilver/P(AAEM-St)Composites Induced by Ultrasonic Irradiation and Their Thermal Properties
【摘要】 在不使用还原剂和乳化剂的条件下,利用超声辐射引发无皂乳液聚合双原位合成纳米银/乙酰乙酸基甲基丙烯酸乙酯和苯乙烯共聚物[P(AAEM-St)]复合材料,并通过UV-Vis、XRD、TEM、HRTEM和TG等分析方法对其进行表征。结果表明:纳米银粒子具有面心立方结构和球形或近球形形貌,且较均匀地分散在聚合物基体中;纳米银粒子的存在降低了基体P(AAEM-St)的热学性能。
【Abstract】 Nanosilver/poly(acetoacetoxyethylmethacrylate(AAEM)-styrene(St))[P(AAEM-St)]composites were synthesized through the copolymerization of sliver nitrate solution,AAEM and St monomers induced by ultrasonic irradiation without adding any reducer and emulsifier.The morphology,structure and thermal stability were characterized by various techniques including X-ray diffractometer(XRD),transmission electron microscope(TEM),thermal-gravimetry analyzer(TGA),etc..The results showed that silver nanoparticles were dispersed highly and homogeneously in P(AAEM-St)matrix and possessed face-centered cubic structure.Thermoanalysis proved that the thermal stability of the pure P(AAEM-St)was better than that of the nano-Ag/P(AAEM-St)composites.
