等离子束在金属零件3D打印中的研究现状和发展趋势
Research Status and Developing Tendency of Plasma Jet in Metal Components 3D Printing
【摘要】 3D打印技术作为一项全球范围的革命性技术,获得了国内外的广泛关注。等离子束和激光束同为高能束流,等离子束成形性价比更高,在金属零件特别是铁基材料的工业化3D打印方面将有更好的发展前景。针对激光束和等离子束的特点,重点分析了近十余年来等离子束表面冶金技术和等离子束金属零件快速成形技术等方面的进展,并展望了今后等离子束3D打印技术的发展趋势。
【Abstract】 As a global-wide revolutionary technology,3D printing obtained widespread attention at home and abroad.As a high energy beam like laser beam,plasma jet metal components rapid prototyping has higher cost-effective,and would have a better development prospects especially in the iron base materials industrial 3D printing.According to the characteristics of the laser beam and plasma jet,the author analyzed selectively the progress of plasma jet in the surface metallurgy technology and metal components rapid prototyping technology since the last ten years,and predicts the future development trend of the plasma jet in 3D printing.
