ZN添加剂的合成及其对碱性锌-镍合金电镀层性能的影响
Synthesis of ZN Additive and Its Effect on Corrosion Resistance of Zinc- Nickel Alloy Coating Prepared by Electroplating in Alkaline Bath
【摘要】 为了避免一些电镀添加剂造成镀层脱落、不均匀及电镀过程中的析氢现象,合成了ZN添加剂,用于碱性锌-镍合金电镀。分析了合成添加剂ZN和商用添加剂FK-303对碱性锌-镍合金镀层镍含量、微观形貌、塔菲尔曲线、交流阻抗曲线和腐蚀性能的影响。结果表明:向镀液中添加2.0 g/L ZN,可获得纳米晶的锌-镍合金镀层,其平整性和致密性得到了明显的改善,耐蚀更好。ZN添加剂的相关性能优于FK-303。
【Abstract】 ZN additive was synthesized and used for Zn-Ni electroplating in alkaline bath.The effect of as-synthesized ZN additive on the Ni content,microstructure,Tafel curve,electrochemical impedance spectrum and corrosion resistance of Zn- Ni alloy coating was investigated with reference to commercial additive FK-303.Results showed that introducing 2.0 g/L ZN additive into the electroplating bath afforded nanocrystalline Ni-Zn coating with desired smoothness,compactness and corrosion resistance;and the synthesized Zn additive was superior to the commercial counterpart FK-303.
