车前草中几种活性物质含量的测定
Content Determination of Several Bioactive Chemicals in Plantago asiatica
【摘要】 采用分光光度法分别测定了车前草根、叶、花中类黄酮、草酸、单宁和亚硝酸盐的含量。结果表明,车前草根中类黄酮含量最高,叶中草酸、单宁及亚硝酸盐含量最高。此结果可为车前草的综合开发利用提供参考。
【Abstract】 In order to exploit and utilize Plantago asiatica,the contents of total flavonoids,oxalic acid,tannin and nitrite in roots,leaves and flowers of P.asiatica were respectively determined with spectrophotometry.The results showed that the contents of total flavonoids in roots of P.asiatica were the highest among roots,leaves and flowers.The contents of oxalic acid,tannin and nitrite in leaves were the highest.These conclusions can apply reference to exploiting and utilizing of P.asiatica.
