【摘要】 针对当前我国北斗卫星导航系统建设及应用推广与产业化发展形势及需求,阐述了北斗系统的发展规划,总体分析了北斗系统建设和应用推广方面的最新进展,并给出了近期计划。北斗系统将于2015年开始新一代导航卫星发射工作,启动全球组网建设。北斗系统正式提供区域服务以来,已经在各领域得到广泛应用,并取得显著成效。北斗系统的建设应用,对提升我国卫星导航应用水平、确保国家信息安全具有重要意义。该文对北斗系统应用推广与产业化发展工作有一定的参考意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 In view of the development situation and requirement of BDS(BeiDou Navigation Satellite System)in construction,application and industrialization,this article expounded the development plan of BDS,and it given an overall analysis for the latest progresses of BDS,such as system construction,application and popularization.Also,the recent plan of BDS was given.BDS will start the deployment of the global constellation with the new generation BeiDou satellite to be launched in2015.Since the regional service was provided formally,BDS has been already widely applied in various fields,and achieved remarkable results.With BDS coming into use,it has important significance for promoting the level of China’s satellite navigation application and ensuring the national information.The article has certain reference significance to the application,popularization and industrialization development work of BDS.更多还原
