【Abstract】 Pingshui gunpowder tea has an export history over 300 years,and it’is the largest variety of exported Chinese teas. After the rapid development stage,gunpowder tea industry is now facing many unfavorable factors in raw material supply,production,processing,product quality and export price. How to revitalize the gunpowder tea industry and accelerate the upgrade of gunpowder tea export enterprises has become an urgent task for Chinese gunpowder tea industry.
