茉莉花茶挥发性物质的SPME萃取条件优化研究

【摘要】 为建立茉莉花茶挥发性物质的SPME/GC-MS快速测定条件,本研究利用干茶法研究了SPME萃取条件中试验用茶量、萃取温度和萃取时间三个因素对茉莉花茶萃取效果的影响,结果表明:茉莉花茶挥发性物质的SPME优化萃取条件以在50 mL萃取瓶中,用茶量为2.5~5 g,置于60℃水浴中,萃取时间为40~60 min合适。

【Abstract】 In order to establish a rapid detection method for volatile compounds of jasmine scented tea based on SPME / GC-MS,the effects of tea sample amount,extracted temperature and extracted time on desorbing of volatile compounds of jasmine scented tea by SPME were studied in this study. The results showed that the optimal extraction conditions were selected as following: 2. 5 g- 5. 0 g of dry tea sample was transferred to a 50 mL glass septum vial,and SPME fiber was rapidly inserted into the headspace of the vial. The extraction was kept at 40℃- 60℃ water bath and lasted for 60 min.
