基于灵敏感知的异构传感器协作数据清洗机制

【摘要】 工作环境的干扰和系统内部噪声干涉使得异构传感器网络的监测数据质量严重下降同时清洗效率较低,针对以上问题,研究了基于灵敏感知的单节点/多节点异构切换的传感器协作数据清洗算法。首先,根据节点内部结构和外部感知特性建立了外界干扰和内部干涉分析模型,在此基础上,提出了基于灵敏度的数据质量感知方案,其次异构模式下结合协作状态概率建立了传感器协作信号处理的数据质量影响分析模型,最后基于灵敏感知结合协作数据处理技术,提出了适用于异构传感器网络的数据协作清洗算法。实验结果表明:所提清洗方案在能效、精度和数据压缩率等方面具有明显优势。

【Abstract】 The interference of working environment and internal system noise interference result in monitoring data quality of heterogeneous sensor network serious decline and cleaning efficiency is low,aiming at above problems,study sensor collaboration data cleaning algorithm based on sensitive perception of single node /multi-node heterogeneous switch. First of all,according to the internal structure and external perception characteristics external interference and internal interference analysis model is established,on this basis,propose data quality perception scheme based on sensitivity,followed by inheterogeneous collaborate mode combining state probability,establish sensor collaboration signal processing of data quality impact analysis model,finally based on sensitive perception with collaborative data processing technology,propose data collaboration and cleaning algorithm suitable for heterogeneous sensor networks. The experimental results show that the proposed cleaning solution has obvious advantages in energy efficiency,precision and data compression ratio.
