基于CFD仿真的切向涡轮流量传感器结构优化
Structure optimization of tangential turbine flow sensor based on CFD simulation
【摘要】 为降低切向涡轮流量计的测量下限,以25 mm口径机械式热量表为例,利用计算流体动力学(CFD)仿真软件对传感器内部三维流场进行研究,提出了提高传感器性能的10种结构改进方案,并通过CFD仿真对优化后的传感器性能进行预测,选择出最佳方案。结果表明:结构参数改进后,测量下限由0.07 m3/h降为0.035 m3/h。
【Abstract】 In order to minimize the minimum measurable flow rate,tangential turbine flowmeter in heat meter with diameter 25 mm is taken as an example,computational fluid dynamics( CFD) simulation software is adopted to research three-dimensional flow field in sensor,ten kinds of improved schemes are presented to improve performance of sensor. The best scheme is selected according to prediction of the optimized sensor performance using CFD simulation. The results indicate that the minimum measurable flow rate changes from 0. 07 m3/ h to0. 035 m3/ h.
