【摘要】 介绍了三原色(RGB)颜色传感器在皮肤胆固醇含量检测中的应用,并设计了相应的检测系统。在皮肤胆固醇检测方法"三滴法"的基础上,利用颜色传感器TCS3200,结合微处理器STM32,实现了不同浓度检测试剂和显色剂反应结果的鉴别。详细介绍了TCS3200的测量原理和应用方法;设计了LED恒流供电模块;找出了TCS3200测量结果与试剂浓度的对应关系。测试结果表明:检测系统可以辨别"三滴法"实验中不同浓度的试剂,进而推广到皮肤胆固醇含量的无创检测。

【Abstract】 The application of RGB color sensor in the skin cholesterol content detection is presented and the corresponding detection system is designed. Using the ‘three drop method’and color sensor TCS3200,combined with the STM32 microprocessor,different concentration of detection reagent and the reaction result of chromogenic agent can be identified. The principle and application of TCS3200 is introduced particularly; design LED constant current power supply module; relationship of test results that detected TCS3200 and reagent concentration is found out. Test result shows that the system can distinguish different concentrations of reagents in the ‘three drop method’experiments,and then generalizes noninvasive detection of skin cholesterol levels.
