新型玉米精密播种机排种监视器设计
A New Design of Seeding Monitor of Precise Corn Seeder
【摘要】 针对目前市场上排种监视器计数不准、抗干扰能力差等缺点,采用微计算机智能控制与光电检测技术相结合的方法,设计一种新型玉米精密播种机排种监视器。该监视器在固定时间间隔内,根据光电传感器实时监测的玉米落籽情况,统计漏播指数、重播指数及合格指数等重要参数,并且具有面积自动统计、掉电计数及漏播报警等功能。经实际使用结果证明,该监视器结构合理,性能稳定可靠,对农业生产具有巨大的生产意义和经济效益。
【Abstract】 Seeding monitors on the market today have defects such as inaccurate counting and poor anti-interference ability. A new type of seeding monitor of precise corn seeder is designed with microcomputer intelligent control technology and photoelectric detection technology in this paper. Important parameters such as the miss-seeding index,reseeding index and qualified index are figured out by the monitor in fixed time intervals according to the falling-seed condition monitored by photoelectric sensor in real time. It also has the functions of automatic area statistics,powering-off counting and miss-seeding warning etc. The actual application results prove the monitor has reasonable structure,stable and reliable performance and has huge significance and economic benefits for the production of agricultural production.
