火药燃烧测速系统的设计

【摘要】 设计了一个火药燃烧测速系统,主要用于测量火药燃烧速度。系统包括硬件和软件两部分:硬件电路的输入主要是接收两个感光传感器信号,输出是通过可编程序器PLC控制点火器自动点燃火药。软件部分主要是根据接收感光传感器信号控制定时器的开始计数时刻和结束计数时刻,编程计算出定长火药燃烧所需的时间,得到火药燃烧速度。系统建有火药燃速数据管理系统以完成测试数据的显示、查询、保存、删除、打印等功能。

【Abstract】 A Gunpowder combustion velocity measuring system was designed to measure Gunpowder combustion rate,and the system included the hardware and the software: the input of hardware circuit was mainly used to receive the signals of two photosensitive sensors. The output is to ignite gunpowder automatically by the programmable device PLC. Software part is mainly to start counting time and end counting time of control timer based on the signals received by photosensitive sensors,and to program and calculate the time needed for the fixed-length gunpowder combustion,and according to the formula that velocity is equal to the length divided by time,we can get the result of the gunpowder combustion rate. System has a data management system of Gunpowder burning rate by which it can achieve the display,query,conservation,deletion and print of test data.
