基于模态试验的碰撞传感器安装位置分析

【摘要】 介绍了模态试验的相关理论、方法。利用频率响应分析方法,对车辆B柱、ECU处进行模态锤击试验。分析了B柱、ECU处等的动刚度曲线,确定了加速度传感器在车辆碰撞试验中的安装位置。并通过正面碰撞试验分析不同位置加速度传感器采集数据的有效性,进一步确定B柱下部靠近门槛处及ECU处为加速度传感器的合理安装位置。

【Abstract】 The theories and methods of modal test were investigated. The modal hammer measurement was carried out on vehicle B-pillar and ECU by using frequency response analysis method. The dynamic stiffness curve on B-pillar and ECU Department and so on were analyzed. And the location of the acceleration sensor mounted in a vehicle crash test was determined. Analysis of the effectiveness of accelerometer data collection in different locations was processed through frontal crash test,and a reasonable accelerometer mounting location of lower of B-pillar near the door and ECU was further determined.
