【摘要】 目的:评价中医外治法联合硫辛酸针治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的疗效。方法:将66例患者根据入院先后顺序随机分为2组,观察组应用中医外治法(中药熏洗+穴位贴敷+刺络放血)联合a-硫辛酸针,对照组应用a-硫辛酸针,连续10 d后对比效果。结果:观察组的总体症状评分和多伦多临床评分系统比对照组总积分明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。总体症状评分中疼痛频率、灼热感、感觉异常和麻木的各项评分均比对照组显著降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中医外治法联合硫辛酸针治疗糖尿病周围神经病变安全有效,优于单独硫辛酸针,值得临床应用推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: Evaluation of traditional Chinese medicinal acupuncture combined with lipoic acid in diabetic peripheral neuropathy patients. Methods: 66 patients admitted according to the order randomized into two groups,observation group Traditional Chinese Medicinal( TCM acupoint sticking + fumigation + Bloodletting) pin joint a-lipoic acid,lipoic acid control group a-needle,after 10 d continuous contrast.
