【Abstract】 Using time series data from 1992 to 2010, this paper estimates the environmental Kuznets Curve of CO2 in Russian, and empirically studies the relation between FDI and CO2 emission, finding that the introduction of FDI increases CO2 emission. Combining with the pulse graph, it analyzes the paths that FDI has influences on the environment, including the effects of scale, structure and technique, indicating that the internal system of environmental pollution cost in FDI enterprises should be established, the industrial layout of FDI should be optimized and the structure of FID countries should be improved.更多还原
