基于I~2C总线的火灾烟气流速数据采集系统开发

【摘要】 为了实现火灾模型试验中烟气流速采集,采用集成了I2C数字接口技术的SDP600微压差传感器、单片机作为下位机的方案,开发了一套测量低速高温烟气的数据采集系统(I2C–FSVDAS)。该系统可实现分布智能化,减少上位机处理次数以及上位机与传感器之间的通讯次数,系统稳定性高。通过在火灾模拟实验中的实际应用,数据结果准确可靠,表明该数据采集系统为火灾烟气流速测试提供了一个集成化程度高、布线简单、实时性好的实用数据采集平台。

【Abstract】 In order to achieve Acquisition of smoke velocity in fire model experiment. A data acquisition system(I2C-FSVDAS) is designed to measure the velocity of high temperature and low velocity smoke which is based on SDP600 series low-cost digital differential pressure sensor integrated with I2 C digital interface, SCM as the next crew. The system can not only decrease the number of processing for PC and the communication between PC and sensor, but also improve the stability of the system and realize distributed intelligence. The practical application in fire simulation experiments, the data is accurate and reliable results. Above show this system can bring a practical platform for measure the velocity of fire smoke with high degree of integration, wiring is simple and collecting data in time.
