【摘要】 根据我国现阶段对电气专业高级应用型人才的需求特点,确定了电气工程及其自动化工程教育本科专业的人才培养目标。通过对岗位群进行分析,设计了"宽基础、分方向"的课程体系,并在人才培养过程中采用多种教学模式,以期提高电气工程及其自动化专业的人才培养质量,并为同类型高校电气专业的建设与发展提供借鉴作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 According to the talents demand of high-grade application personnel in our country at the present stage,we decided on the training goal of electrical engineering and automation. Through analyzing post groups,we designed the curriculum system of "wide base,flexible specialty direction",various teaching methods have been adopted through the talent training process,thus the quality of talent cultivation is expected to improve,and we hope it can provide a good example of development and construction of electrical engineering in the same type universities.更多还原
