高校思想政治教育中的师生信任结构探析——基于社会学的视角
An Analysis of Structure of Teacher-Student Trust in the Ideological and Political Education——From the Perspective of Sociology
【摘要】 从社会学的视角出发,站在社会组织与结构的高度认识高校思想政治教育及其师生信任的地位和处境,才能使得师生信任超越它所处的环境,获得长远的视域。不同的制度和结构形态造就不同的信任结构和模式,高校思想政治教育中师生信任的结构是由高校思想政治教育系统的结构形态决定的。高校思想政治教育系统所具有的"传统性"即以特殊主义人格信任为主要形态的"熟人社会"的特性决定了其系统内师生信任的结构具有同样的内涵;同时,中国社会结构的现代化转型倒逼高校思想政治教育中师生信任的结构由单一的人格信任向既是人格信任又是系统信任的双重性转变。
【Abstract】 From the sociological perspective,this paper puts forward that only by analyzing the current teacher-student trust and ideological and political education in universities and colleges from the viewpoint of social organizations and social structure,can teacher-student trust break the limits of the environment and can educators become more far-sighted in this area.Different institutional and structural morphology generate different models of trust structures,so teacher-student trust ideological and political education in universities and colleges is decided by the structure of ideological and political education system.Ideological and political education system has its own"tradition" that emphasizes"intimates society" characterized by special personality trust.This kind of"tradition" decides that there exists the same connotation in teacher-student trust.At the same time,the modernization of our social structure forces teacher-student trust to be changed from single personality trust to double trust which includes both personality trust and system trust in ideological and political education in universities and colleges in China.
