【摘要】 本文以实船CPDB-40船舶辅锅炉为对象,用实物加仿真的形式,利用PLC、MCGS触摸屏和MINIC模拟板从而实现锅炉装置、燃烧装置、锅炉附件的运行显示,形象逼真,并可在触摸屏上实时显示和控制锅炉的运行状态。该设备运用到海船船员适任岗位技能训练和评估取得了很好的效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 Taking CPDB- 40 Marine auxiliary boiler as the object, using the PLC, MCGS touch screen and MINIC simulated plate, the paper presents a simulation control system for marine auxiliary boiler plant with physical simulation, which can real-time display the running status of the burner and boiler accessories,and be applied to crew post skills training and competency assessment with good results.更多还原
