【摘要】 我国汽车产业飞速发展,需要大量汽车检测与维修专业技能人员。职业学院在该专业的人才培养上必须适应社会和企业需要,改进现行人才培养过程中的不足之处,积极推行职业教育和人才培养的改革。本文通过对汽车检测与维修专业技术技能型人才培养的主线、学生技术技能形成的节点和层次、专业课程体系构建和创新模块设置、完善教学团队、建立人才质量评价体系等重要内容的研究,提出人才培养方面的措施和方法,指导人才培养的实践。更多还原

【Abstract】 Now,a large number of skilled personnel with professional technology of automobilemaintenance are needed in the rapid development of China’s auto industry. Vocational colleges must improve problems in the process of the present personnel training and promote actively the reform of vocational education and personnel training in order to adapt to the needs of the society and enterprises. Based on the research of the main line of the training of skilled personnel with professional technology of automobile inspection and maintenance,the nodes and levels of the formation of students’ technical skills,the establishment of professional curriculum system and the innovation of teaching module,the improvement of teaching teams and the establishment of the quality evaluation system,this paper puts forward some applicable measures and methods to guide the personnel training.更多还原
