正交试验优选蓝莓抗疲劳口服液提取工艺

【摘要】 为优选蓝莓抗疲劳口服液的提取工艺,以多糖、总黄酮含量为考察指标,以煎煮时间、煎煮次数、蓝莓白术当归的比例、料液比为考察因素,采用正交实验优选蓝莓抗疲劳口服液的提取方法.优选提取条件为:以多糖为考察指标,15倍量水煎煮3次,每次2 h,配伍比,蓝莓∶白术当归(2∶1);以总黄酮为考察指标,20倍量水煎煮2次,每次3 h,配伍比,蓝莓∶白术当归(2∶1).实验结果表明,该提取方法简单,易于操作.

【Abstract】 This paper takes the contents of polysaccharides and total flavonoids as research indices,and takes decoction time,decoction times,compatibility proportion of blueberry to arractylodes and angelica,and solid-liquid ratio as research factors. By orthogonal test,the extraction technology of blueberry anti-fatigue oral liquid is optimized. The experimental results show that the optimal extraction conditions are as follows: polysaccharides as index: decocted three times with 15 times the amount of water,each for 2 hours; total flavonoids as index: decocted two times with 20 times the amount of water,each for 3 hours. Their compatibility proportions are both 2 ∶ 1. We conclude that this optimal technology is simple and easy for operation,which can provide a basis for practical application in the future.
