差分-共集负反馈放大电路的性能分析与仿真
The Simulation and Analysis for Differential-common Collect Amplifying Circuit with Negative Feedback
【摘要】 本文构建直接耦合差分-共集负反馈放大电路,通过理论分析计算基本放大电路的静态工作点、反馈放大器的开环增益和闭环增益,验证了负反馈放大电路的基本关系式,对增益的相对稳定性进行计算分析。并利用仿真软件EWB,对电路进行了仿真分析。在合理的近似处理下,静态工作点、开环和闭环放大倍数的理论计算与EWB软件的仿真结果基本一致,说明了计算分析的正确性。
【Abstract】 This paper constructs direct coupled differential- common collect amplifying circuit,through the theoretical analysis and calculation of basic amplifying circuit’s static working point,open loop gain,loop gain and verify the basic relation of feedback amplifier circuit,calculation and analysis the relative stability of gain. Simulation software EWB is used to simulate the circuit. Under the reasonable approximation,the theoretical calculation of the static working point,the open loop and the closed- loop amplification ratio are basically consistent with the simulation results of EWB software.
