【摘要】 以《中国人口·资源与环境》期刊为案例,结合其发展现状和办刊特点,分析和总结新形势下综合性学术期刊发展成为高水平、高知名度期刊面临的挑战及应对措施。主要包括四个方面:贴近重大现实问题,进一步突出期刊特色;从突出期刊优势、注重策划选题、发挥编委作用、制定优惠政策等环节入手,吸引高质量论文,增强期刊核心竞争力;依托信息网络技术,进一步提高期刊质量,扩大学术影响;立足本土,面向世界办刊,提高期刊的国际影响力。更多还原

【Abstract】 Taking the development experience of China Population,Resources and Environment as an example, the paper analyzes and summarizes its development status and running features, and discusses the direction and measures of comprehensive academic journals, mainly including: to highlight the journal characteristics through relating to important practical problems; to improve the journal core-competitiveness through attracting high quality papers, by projecting the journal advantages, choosing a topic, playing the role of editorial board member, and making preferential policies;to improve the journal quality through changing the traditional publishing model, relying on the information network technology; to promote the journal international influence through striking roots in China and facing the world.更多还原
