【摘要】 目的探讨垂直前庭切口骨膜下隧道(VISTA)手术配合微种植钉对骨内埋伏异位尖牙的治疗效果。方法对15例病人18颗上下颌骨内埋伏异位尖牙运用VISTA手术暴露并复位缝合,同期植入微种植钉并且术后即可通过微种植钉与异位尖牙之间使用链状橡皮圈进行远中牵引,矫治力量控制在2~3OZ之间。结果 15例异位尖牙在微种植钉的帮助下,8到10个月进入正常牙弓。结论通过VISTA术式配合微种植钉可以高效的将骨内埋伏异位尖牙完全矫正到正常牙列而无需拔除,保持了患者良好的容貌并且恢复了尖牙功能。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To discuss the effect of VISTA sugery plus mini-screw implant anchorage on intrabony canine ectopic eruption.Methods All the 18 intrabony ectopic canines from 15 patients were treated with VISTA sugery to expose its crown and sutured together.Then the mini-screw implant was applied.The elastic chain between the ectopic canine and the anchorage were put to move the canine at the same time.The force was kept between 2~3OZ.Results 15 cases of ectopic canine with the implant and VISTA sugery had been aligned into the dental arch in 8~10months.Conclusion The ectopic canine could be aligned into the dental arch completely and efficiently by the use of the VISTA sugery and the mini-screw implant without tooth extraction to keep the patients good esthetics and recovering canine function.更多还原
