【摘要】 目的:探讨推拿治疗小儿遗尿症的选穴规律。方法:收集中国生物医学文献数据库、知网、维普、万方4个数据库中治疗小儿遗尿症的推拿处方,录入到中医传承辅助平台(V2.0)软件,使用该软件集成的规则分析、改进互信息法等数据挖掘方法,统计所有穴位的频次、比例,以及核心穴位组合特点。结果:筛选出治疗小儿遗尿症的推拿处方215个,非辨证推拿处方69个,涉及穴位69个,其中小儿推拿特定穴26个,频次184次,占总频次的36.15%,手部及前臂、腹腰部穴位占特定穴总频次的94.02%;十四经穴及经外奇穴43个,频次325次,占总频次63.85%,腰背骶部及腹部的穴位和归属督脉、任脉、膀胱经、脾经的穴位占所有非小儿推拿特定穴频次的68.92%和86.15%。常用穴位组合39个,其中2个穴位组合26个,3个穴位组合11个,4个穴位组合2个。结论:小儿遗尿症的非辨证推拿治疗选穴规律是集中于督脉、任脉、膀胱经、脾经四经的针灸特定穴和小儿推拿特定穴相结合,穴位主要分布于腹部及腰骶部。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To analyze regularity in acupoints selection for infantile enuresis with massage therapy. Methods: The prescriptions of the infantile enuresis with massage therapy were retrieved from the databases, such as China Biology Medicine disc, Medical Database of Chinese Academic Journal Full-Text Database, Chinese Scientific and Technological Journal Full-Text Database and Wanfang Database. The documents were input into the traditional Chinese medicine inheritence auxiliary platform(V2.0) software. The frequency and ratio of all acupoints and the feature of the combination of core acupoints were analyzed by means of some data mining methods in the software, such as compositive association analysis and improved mutual information method. Results: The result showed that the prescriptions of infantile enuresis with massage therapy included 215 prescriptions and 69 non-syndrome differentiation prescriptions that involved 69 acupoints; In 26 specific acupoints, the frequency of using was up to 184, accounting for 36.15% in the frequency of all acupoints; The specific acupoints distributing in hands, forearms, abdomen and lumbosacral portion accounted for 94.02% among the frequency of all specific acupoints; In 43 acupoints on regular channels and extra-ordinary points, the frequency of using was up to 325, accounting for 63.85% in the frequency of all acupoints; The acupoints distributing in abdomen and lumbosacral portion accounted for 68.92% in all nonspecific acupoints frequency; The acupoints distributing in the governor channel, conception channel, the urinary bladder channel and the spleen channel accounted for 86.15%; The common acupoint combination was up to 39 in total, including 26 acupoint combinations consisting of two acupoints, 11 acupoint combinations consisting of three acupoints, and 2 acupoint combinations consisting of four acupoints. Conclusion: The prescriptions of infantile enuresis with the non-syndrome differentiation massage therapy mainly focused on specific acupuncture points and specific acupoints in infantile massage, which were located in governor channel, conception channel, the urinary bladder channel and the spleen channel.
