【摘要】 目的:探讨季节变化与精子参数的关系。方法:571份样本来自2013年1月-12月广西医科大学第一附属医院男性科门诊就诊患者,按取精时间分为春季(春分15d)、夏季(夏至15d)、秋季(秋分15d)、冬季(冬至15d)4组,对所有精液标本进行精液常规分析。结果:精子浓度冬季明显好于其它季节(P<0.05);精子活力以及前向活动精子均是夏季好于其它季节(P<0.05)。结论:季节因素对供精志愿者精液参数有影响,在临床应用上应适当考虑。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To evaluate the impact of seasonal variation on semen parameters. Methods: A total of 571 semen samples were collected by Department of Andrology and Sexology in the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangxi Medical University, which were divided into four groups, including spring group(In lieu of the vernal equinox), summer group(In lieu of the summer solstice), autumn group(In lieu of the autumnal equinox) and winter group(In lieu of the winter solstice) according to the time of semen collection. Semen parameters were compared among the four groups. Results: Among the 571 cases, the sperm concentration in winter was higher than in the other three seasons(P<0.05), while the sperm total motility and the forward rate of motile sperm in summer was better than the other three seasons(P<0.05). Conclusion: Seasonal variations can have influence on human semen quality.更多还原
