银杏内酯A、B分离纯化研究

【摘要】 目的:研究大孔吸附树脂分离纯化银杏叶提取物的工艺条件。方法:以银杏内酯A(Ginkalide A,GA)和银杏内酯B(Ginkalide B,GB)的含量为指标,考察大孔吸附树脂对有效成分的富集纯化工艺。结果:采用DA201型大孔吸附树脂为纯化树脂,上样吸附6h后,用10柱体积、30%的乙醇洗脱,可得到GA和GB总含量达70%以上的提取物。结论:DA201型大孔吸附树脂在确定的工艺条件下,具有工艺简单、稳定、可靠的特点,能得到纯度较高的GA和GB的提取物。

【Abstract】 Objective: Study on the separation and purification of ginkgo leaves extraction by macro-porous resins.Methods: In Ginkgolide A(Ginkalide A,GA) and Ginkalide B(Ginkalide B,GB) of content as an indicator investigated macroporous resin for enrichment and purification of the active ingredient.Results: DA201-type macro-porous resin for purification of resins,sample adsorption on 6 hours later,10 BV,30% ethanol-eluting,you get content up to 70% of GA and GB.Conclusion: DA201 macroporous resin in determining the process conditions,the process is simple,stable and reliable characteristics of high purity can be obtained extracts of GA and GB.
