【摘要】 目的:系统评价醒脑开窍针刺法治疗缺血性中风的疗效及安全性。方法:按照Cochrane系统评价方法,采用Rvema 5.2软件对纳入研究进行Meta分析。结果:共纳入28项研究,2 854例缺血性中风患者。Meta分析结果显示醒脑开窍针刺法治疗缺血性中风在改善日常生活活动能力(WMD=11.47,95%CI[7.32,15.62],z=5.42,P<0.00001),神经功能缺损(WMD=2.94,95%CI[2.26,3.62],z=8.43,P<0.00001),运动功能(WMD=14.91,95%CI[12.92,16.91],z=14.64,P<0.00001)以及提高痊显率(RR=1.48,95%CI[1.35,1.63],z=8.34,P<0.00001)方面有显著差异。纳入研究均未描述其会发生严重的不良反应。结论:醒脑开窍针刺法治疗缺血性中风安全有效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To evaluate the therapeutic effect and security of Xingnao Kaiqiao(XNKQ) needling method in treatment of ischemic stroke.Methods:According to the Cochrane systematic reviews, and Rvema5.2 was used for Meta-analysis.Results: Altogether 28 studies and 2854 cases of ischemic stroke were enrolled. Meta-analysis showed there were significant differences in improving activities of daily living(WMD=11.47, 95%CI[7.32, 15.62], z=5.42, P<0.00001), neural function defect(WMD=2.94, 95%CI[2.26, 3.62], z=8.43, P<0.00001) and body movement function(WMD=14.91, 95%CI[12.92, 16.91], z=14.64, P<0.00001) and clinical efficacy(RR=1.48, 95%CI[1.35, 1.63], z=8.34, P<0.00001) between XNKQ needling method and the control treatment.There was not serious adverse reactions described in the included studies.Conclusion:Xingnao Kaiqiao needling method is safe and effective in the treatment of ischemic stroke.更多还原
