【摘要】 目的:基于无尺度网络方法进行王少峰主任医师治疗痹证用药经验的研究。方法:将王教授100例痹证患者门诊病历资料录入"临床诊疗信息采集系统",形成王教授临床信息数据库,运用无尺度网络方法进行数据分析,得出处方配伍网络及网络药物关联频度信息,分析结果,并与王教授反复交流,得出治疗痹证的核心方药及随证加减规律,并据此总结王教授临床经验及学术观点。结果:总结出核心处方3首,加减用药10组,体现出王教授诊治痹证的基本分型用药特点,及注重寒热虚实辨证、强调顾护正气、祛邪而不伤正气的临床诊疗特点。结论:运用无尺度网络方法可直观、客观、如实地反映王少峰教授治疗痹证的用药经验及部分学术观点,有一定的临床指导意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To study the experience of professor WANG Shao-feng in the treatment of arthralgia syndrome based on scale-free network method. Methods: The cases from 100 out-patients with arthralgia syndrome who had treated by professor WANG were recorded into a ‘clinical diagnosis and treatment information collection system’, in which a clinical information database was established. The scale-free network method was used to analyze the data to get the correlation frequency between the prescription compatibility network and herb association network. The results were analyzed and discussed for several times between the group members and professor WANG. A set of core prescriptions and herbs and the rule of modification according to syndromes were summarized, which was the clinical experience and academic point of professor WANG. Results: There were 3 core prescriptions and 10 set of modified medicine, which demonstrated the rule of syndrome differentiation and the characteristic of prescriptions from professor WANG in the treatment of arthralgia syndrome. Meanwhile, they demonstrated the characteristics of diagnosis and treatment were stressed on the differentiation of cold, heat, deficiency and exces, and put the emphasis on the protection of vital qi, and pay attention to the principle of eliminating evil to avoid the damage of the vital qi. Conclusion: The experience of prescriptions and the academic point of professor WANG Shao-feng in the treatment of arthralgia syndrome could be visually, objectively and faithfully reflected by using the scale-free networks method, which might have a certain of significant guidance for future clinical practice.更多还原
