【摘要】 目的:研究不同中医证型寻常型银屑病患者血浆的差异表达蛋白,筛选不同中医证型寻常型银屑病患者血浆的特异性蛋白质标记物。方法:收集寻常型银屑病30例(其中血热证、血瘀证、血燥证各10例)、健康人10名的外周血浆,应用双向电泳/基质辅助激光解析电离飞行时间质谱联用技术(MALDI-TOF-MS)技术,检测血浆的蛋白峰值。结果:寻常型银屑病组与健康对照组间差异蛋白点为2个,差异蛋白峰为4 964.42和6 630.68;血热证患者与血瘀证患者之间差异蛋白点为1个,差异蛋白峰为2 661.29,血热证患者与血燥证患者之间差异蛋白点为2个,差异蛋白峰为6 432.69和6 630.87,血瘀证患者与血燥证患者之间差异蛋白点为4个,差异蛋白峰为3 241.60、1 945.18、6 631.49和4 418.77。结论:寻常型银屑病组和健康对照组以及银屑病不同中医证型间血浆蛋白表达谱存在差异,可能与银屑病的发病机制以及各证型的微观物质基础有关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To research the differentially expressed proteins in plasma of psoriasis vulgaris patients with different TCM syndrome types, and screen the specific biomarkers in plasma of psoriasis vulgaris patients with different TCM syndrome types. Methods: Plasma was collected from 30 psoriasis vulgaris patients(10 patients with syndrome of blood stasis, 10 patients with syndrome of heat in blood and 10 patients with syndrome of blood-dryness) and 10 healthy people. The plasma protein peaks were tested by using MALDI-TOF-MS method. Results: Two differential protein points between psoriasis vulgaris patients and healthy people were 4 964.42 and 6 630.68. One differential protein point between syndrome of blood stasis and syndrome of heat in blood was 2 661.29. Two differential protein points between syndrome of heat in blood and syndrome of blood-dryness were 6 432.69 and 6 630.87, and there were 4 differential protein points between syndrome of blood-dryness and syndrome of blood stasis were 3 241.60, 1 945.18, 6 631.49, 4 418.77. Conclusion: There are differences of protein expression spectrum among psoriasis vulgaris patients with different TCM syndromes and healthy people. It may be related with the pathogenesis of psoriasis and micro material base of each syndrome, but it needs to be further tested by expanding sample size.更多还原
