【摘要】 艾滋病作为一种新发具有传染性的疾病,传统中医理论中没有该病的明确记载,根据其临床表现多归属中医"瘟病""虚劳"的范畴。课题组针对艾滋病中医临床研究中存在的中医病因病机不明确、证候标准不规范、缺乏统一的临床治疗方案和诊疗指南等实际问题,借鉴转化医学理念,运用多学科交叉的研究方法开展了艾滋病中医病因病机、证候分布及演变规律、证候诊断标准和证候物质基础方面的研究,并把基础研究的成果运用于临床实践,反响效果良好。在今后的中医药防治艾滋病研究中要重视转化医学研究模式的应用和体现,提升中医药防治艾滋病水平,促进中医药事业的发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 As a kind of new infectious diseases, AIDS was not recorded in traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) theory, which was classified into the TCM category such as ‘seasonal febrile diseases’ and ‘asthenic disease’ based on its clinical manifestations. Aiming at the actual issues of undefined TCM etiology and pathogenesis, lack of standardization in syndrome standard, clinical treatment and clinical practice guideline, this study did the research on the TCM etiology and pathogenesis of AIDS, the distribution and evolution law of syndrome, diagnosis standard of syndrome and material base of syndrome by the multi-disciplinary research approach and the translational medicine idea. And the fundamental study was applied in the clinical practice, which got good effect. In the future, the prevention and treatment of AIDS with TCM should pay attention to the research model of translational medicine, and improve the level of the prevention and treatment of AIDS with TCM, to promote the development of TCM career.更多还原
