【Abstract】 Grassland tourism is a complex system constituted by residents,enterprises,tourists,grassland and other elements. The feature attributes and internal relations of grassland tourism system determine that it needs to take protecting grassland ecology and grassland culture as the core,and establish a "trinity"system mode that local resident set grassland owner,tour operator and culture bearer in one.
