新型稀释液TCM199、EG和GL冻存牛精液效果试验测定
The Effect Experiment of New Diluents(TCM199、Cryoprotectant EG and GL)on Semen Cryopreservation of Cattle
【摘要】 [目的]为探讨新型稀释液冻存牛精液效果。[方法]通过对以TCM199为主要稀释剂,以EG和GL分别为冷冻保护剂的牛细管冻精的活力测定,筛选出了以TCM199、EG和GL为稀释剂和冷冻保护剂的新型牛细管冻精制作配方。[结果]表明:以EG为冷冻保护剂时,配方11的活力最高,达到0.55,以GL为冷冻保护剂时,配方11的活力最高,达到0.6。
【Abstract】 【Objective】The aim of this study was to discuss the effect of new Diluents,such as TCM199,Cryoprotectant EG and GL,on Semen Cryopreservation.【Method】In this experiment TCM199 was taken as diluent,EG and GL were taken as the cryoprotectant to determine the sperm motility of bovine frozen semen and selected the formula.【Result】The experiment results was showed that the best thawing sperm motility were group 11(motility was 0.55)for 12 treaments about diluent TCM199 and cryoprotectant EG,and also group 11(motility was 0.60)for 12 treaments about diluent TCM199 and cryoprotectant GL.
